You might work as a manager or staff employee in a department with emphasis on operational tasks and want to know more about how you can get a grip on daily life through process management.
What will you learn?
With the Business Process Management course, you will be able to capitalize on the strengths and opportunities that process management provides. You will be able to build your structural foundation for process management and you get an overview of some of the tools that will be used to shape the process management of daily life.
You can use this knowledge to assess how process management can be used in your own organization. Equally important is that you will be able to evaluate the demands of process management for changes in management and structure going forward.
You will not be presented with a final answer, but rather get to work with process management from different angles and examples to give you the inspiration to continue working on your own in your own organization.
