Background for the survey

Storm operates a Lean Six Sigma network for everyone working actively with Lean Six Sigma. In the network there is a curiosity in relation to learning more about why it can be difficult to create a culture of improvement. What drives an organization’s implementation? What criteria should management take into consideration? Etc.

Several of the network’s members comes from large Danish and international organizations and several have already indicated that they would like to contribute with their experience and make their resources available for a survey. It is a range of companies from very different industries and with very different approaches to working with Lean and/or Six Sigma. It will be exciting!

 

What will you learn

You can gain insight into the results of the survey by ticking the box at the end of the questionnaire that you are interested in being updated with news about the survey, participate in future after-work meetings and by inviting us to the dialogue in your company. For more than 10 responses from the same company, we would like to prepare analyzes specifically for your company.

Company-specific workshops

The purpose of the internal workshops is to make the survey more qualitative with a much deeper and more detailed insight into the complex reality in which improvement cultures are rooted in.

• Ability to benchmark up against other organizations – knowing that there are major organizational differences
• An opportunity to take stock of your own activities – and maybe discuss new opportunities
• Input from Storm who will facilitate the workshop with both good ideas and challenging questions
• Written documentation, so that points, discussions, conclusions and future possibilities are documented
• Invitation to workshops and seminars to be held across the participating companies and Storms Lean Six Sigma network.
